Community Guidelines
Spaxel should feel personal, creative, and safe. These guidelines set the baseline for how we expect people to treat one another and how we respond when content crosses the line.

Treat people like people
Be respectful and consider the impact of your words and actions. Do not threaten, harass, bully, stalk, exploit, intimidate, dox or target people because of a protected characteristic. Do not share another person’s private information, intimate images, personal documents, passwords or contact details without permission.
Keep communities constructive
Do not post spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive links, unauthorized advertising or content intended to manipulate, disrupt or damage a community or the Services. Do not impersonate a person or organization or create a misleading impression that content comes from Spaxel. Follow the rules of each community you join.
Create and share responsibly
Only upload or share work that you created or have permission to use. This applies to posts, images, videos, audio, profile assets, avatar frames and chat bubble styles. Do not use Spaxel to distribute illegal, exploitative or non-consensual content. Pornographic or sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats and content that encourages self-harm are not allowed.
Protect accounts and personal information
Spaxel registration is limited to people who are at least 18 years old, or older where required by law. Do not create an account for someone under 18, help someone bypass the age requirement or provide false age information. Keep credentials secure and do not publish passwords, verification codes, payment-card information or identity-document information.
Use Spaxel honestly
Do not use bots, automated scripts, scraping, mass collection, reverse engineering or other methods to bypass technical, safety or access controls. Do not manipulate likes, reactions, rankings, achievements, reputation, community activity, reports or other platform signals. Do not submit false reports or create additional accounts to evade moderation.
Creator submissions and digital goods
When you submit a digital good for review, make sure the work is original or properly licensed, accurately described and suitable for the feature where it will appear. Spaxel may review, reject, edit, limit, hide or remove a submission for quality, safety, technical, legal or intellectual-property reasons. During the initial launch phase, approved digital goods may be available to Prime members at no additional item charge. Uploading a submission does not guarantee payment, revenue share, royalties or membership.
Report and block
Use the in-app report tool to tell us about content, accounts or behavior that may violate these Guidelines. Use the block or mute tools to manage your own experience. Do not abuse safety tools to harass someone, manipulate platform activity or submit knowingly false claims. We aim to review reports promptly. For safety concerns, contact [email protected].
How moderation works
We may use automated tools, user reports and human review to identify and respond to content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, applicable law or the safety of users. We may warn a user, remove or limit content, restrict features, remove a digital-good submission, revoke benefits, suspend or terminate an account, block a device or refer a matter to an appropriate authority.
Account deletion
You can initiate account deletion in the Spaxel app by opening Settings, choosing Account and choosing Delete Account. If you cannot access your account or the in-app deletion flow is unavailable, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated content from ordinary user access. If you have an auto-renewing Prime subscription, cancel it separately through Apple, Google or the applicable payment provider.
